摘 要:为提高舰载设备抵抗水下非接触爆炸冲击的能力,重要设备普遍采用弹性安装方式即设备与船体之间布置隔离器。目前有多种方法用于评价隔离器的抗冲击性能,为评价这些方法的合理性,推导了冲击过程中伪速度与能量的正比关系,提出用伪速度隔冲率来衡量隔离器抗冲击性能。介绍了几类隔离器抗冲击性能评价方法,对设备-隔离器简化模型进行冲击响应计算,通过对比分析伪速度隔冲率与其它几类评价方法在不同频段下的变化规律,得出结论,不论在低频段还是在高频段,缓冲系数均能较好衡量隔离器抗冲击性能,而加速度隔冲率及速度隔冲率仅在低频段能够较好评价隔离器抗冲击性能。In order to improve anti-shock ability of shipboard equipment in the non-contact underwater explosion, a variety of types of isolators has been designed, corresponding, a variety of evaluation ways to measure its shock resistance was appeared. To analysis the reasonable of the method, the relationship between "pseudo velocity" and the energy is deduced, the impact isolation methods was introduced, the simplified model of equipment-isolator was computed, and respectively evaluation parameters of under different frequencies were analyzed, it was concluded that "cushion coefficient can be measured better shock resistance no matter in low frequency band and high frequency band, and acceleration impact isolation rate and speed impact isolation rate can better be evaluated its shock resistance only in the low frequency band.
