朝鲜劳动党第七次党代会的召开与中国的对策

摘　　要：时隔36年以后,朝鲜劳动党即将召开党的全国代表大会。本次大会的召开除了将彰显朝鲜劳动党七十年所取得的成果以外,还将进一步确立以金正恩为首的朝鲜劳动党的领导地位,并在政治、军事、经济、外交等诸领域的政策上将可能进行很大的调整。朝鲜是中国的邻邦,也与中国有着特殊的关系,朝鲜的政策势必影响中国的稳定与发展。因此,我们除了关注朝鲜党代会可能提出的政策以外,更应该积极地应对,并采取以我为主的战略方针。在加强党际交流的同时,经济上给予一定的帮助,军事上有必要进行合理的"接触",尤其是在政治外交与经济、人文交流关系中应采用"二元分离"的方法。After a 36-year interval,the 7th National Congress of Korean Workers＇ Party will be held soon,which aims at highlighting the Party＇s achievements in the past 70 years,further enhancing Kim Jong-un＇s leadership,and probably adjusting its political,military,economic and foreign policies.DPRK＇s policy-making will certainly affect China＇s stability and development due to its geographic location and the special relations between the two countries.Therefore,it is necessary to pay close attention to its policy adjustment and to implement an active strategy of＂self-development＂.Besides more inter-party exchange,certain economic help and reasonable military ＂contact＂,a ＂binary separation＂method should be applied to the political,economic and cultural exchange between China and DPRK.
