摘　　要：受"连续两年申请面上项目未获资助的项目申请人需暂停申请1年"的限项政策限制申报的部分研究人员解禁的影响,2015年度基金申请总量有较大幅度的增长。2015年度国家自然科学基金工程与材料科学领域面上项目、青年科学基金和地区科学基金三类项目申请数量占工程与材料科学部申请总量的92.08%。本文以2015年度上述三类项目申请总数多于100的70个依托单位为样本,分析了申请和资助等的变化趋势,旨在给相关科研人员来年申报国家自然科学基金提供参考,同时也为科研管理部门的管理和决策提供依据。With the release of the proposers by the limit of policy restrictions, the received applications have a large amount of growth in 2015. We analyzed the changes in application and supports of 70 units whose application totals of the three main kinds of projects were 100 or higher, and also analyzed the chan- ging trend such as application quantity and support rate. This article aims to provide reference for scientific research personnel to declare the National Natural Science Foundation of China projects in the coming year, and provides the basis for management and the policy decision of research management departmentat the same time.
