摘　　要：《摩奴法论》是古代印度最重要的宗教性法典,其法令涉及了当时印度政治、经济、文化及社会的各个层面,其中包含了大量与动物相关的法令。《摩奴法论》中动物法令的出现并非偶然,其背后包含着深厚的历史文化意蕴。它们反映了当时印度社会及宗教的动物观、圣俗观及地理文化这三种独具印度特色的文化观念。the Law of Manu is the most important religious codes in ancient? India. The acts of it cover almost all aspects of politics,economy,culture and society in that time,and there are also many animal acts in it. The animal acts don't appear in the Law of Manu by accident,and it contains profound historical and cultural connotation. It reflects three cultural conception in India including the concepts of animal,sacred and secular thoughts and the geographical factors.
