摘  要:为深度开发利用番茄红素结晶和番茄红素油树脂,以60只昆明小鼠为试验对象,将其分为空白对照组、番茄红素结晶低剂量组(11 mg·kg-1BW)、番茄红素结晶高剂量组(22 mg·kg-1BW)、番茄红素油树脂(183 mg·kg-1BW)对照组、番茄红素结晶低剂量(11 mg·kg-1BW)+番茄红素油树脂组(183 mg·kg-1BW)、番茄红素结晶高剂量(22 mg·kg-1BW)+番茄红素油树脂组(183 mg·kg-1BW),灌胃30 d,测定分析小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,研究番茄红素结晶及番茄红素油树脂对小鼠的抗氧化作用。结果表明,与对照组相比,番茄红素结晶和番茄红素油树脂都能显著提升小鼠血清中SOD、GSH-Px活性和T-AOC,显著降低MDA含量。说明番茄红素结晶和番茄红素油树脂都具有抗氧化功能,且番茄红素结晶的抗氧化作用效果优于番茄红素油树脂。For the development and utilization of lycopene crystal and lycopene oleoresin, 60 Kunming mice were used as test subjects and divided into the blank control group, lycopene crystal low dose group(11 mg·kg-1BW), lycopene crystal high dose group(22 mg·kg-1BW), lycopene oleoresin group(183 mg·kg-1BW), lycopene crystal low dose(11 mg·kg-1BW) +lycopene oleoresin group(183 mg·kg-1BW) and lycopene crystal high dose(22 mg·kg-1BW) + lycopene oleoresin group(183 mg·kg-1BW). These mice were gavaged for 30 d, the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) and malondialdehyde(MDA) content of serum of mouse were measured, and the antioxidant activities of lycopene crystal and lycopene oleoresin on mice were studied. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the lycopene crystal and lycopene oleoresin could significantly improve the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and T-AOC, and reduce the content of MDA. Lycopene crystal and lycopene oleoresin had anti-oxidation function, and the antioxidant effect of lycopene was better than lycopene oleoresin.
