摘　　要：概述包装对水果在采后贮藏、运输和销售过程中的重要性,介绍目前我国水果采后的主要外包装(条筐、木箱、瓦楞纸箱、塑料箱、泡沫箱)和内包装(PE、PP、PVC)材料,分析国内水果包装现状及存在的问题,展望未来水果包装的发展趋势。The article mainly introduced the importance of packaging for fruit in the post-harvest storage,transportation and sales process, including the inner（PE,PP,PVC） and outer（basket, wooden case, corrugated carton,plastic case, foam box） packing materials on fruit quality, analyzed the domestic fruit packing present situation and existing problems, and prospected the fruit packing future development trends.
