气管套囊充气联合纤维支气管镜引导经鼻插管在困难气道中应用的护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨气管套囊充气联合纤维支气管镜引导经鼻插管在困难气道应用中的护理配合。方法选择预知的困难气道患者30例,采用气管导管套囊充气联合纤维支气管镜引导经鼻插管,所有病例采用右美托咪定静脉镇静,2%利多卡因雾化吸入表面麻醉。观察插管时间生命体征变化及并发症。结果所有患者均一次插管成功,插管时间(1.08±0.58)min,术中生命体征平稳,3例插管过程中鼻粘膜出血,量少,出血自行停止。结论气管套囊充气联合纤维支气管镜引导经鼻插管快速、安全、操作简单,良好的护理配合可保障操作顺利完成。Objective To investigate the nursing care in cuffed endotracheal tube inflation combined FOB introduced nasal intubation in patients with difficulty airway. Methods 30 patients who have difficulty airway with cuffed endotracheal tube inflation combined FOB introduced nasal intubation,accepted dexmedetomidine infusion,2% lidocaine surface anesthesia. The intubation time,changes of vital signs and complications were recorded. Results A total of 30 cases of intubation succeeded. The intubation time was（ 1. 08 ± 0. 58） min,there were no significant differences during intubation,3 patients had hemorrhage,beelding ceased after few minutes. Conclusion The method is short cut,safety,simple under cuffed endotracheal tube inflation combined FOB introduced nasal intubation. Proper nursing care helps operation is completed.
