摘　　要：详细阐述并系统分析了企业在信息化建设管理中常见的几个认知误区和管理陷阱,有针对性地提出了改进建议,以期对企业信息化建设的实施提供一定的借鉴。This paper elaborates and analyzes several common misunderstandings and management traps in the information construction, and specifically proposes some improvement measures, which will be useful and practical for the enterprises in carrying out the information construction.
