摘　　要：通过收集分析国内外大型热连轧生产线的总体工艺方案,结合带钢热连轧生产线布置的影响因素和专家知识,通过基于规则的推理方式,建立热连轧机组总体工艺方案专家知识库与推理机制,利用Visual Basic语言编制程序,开发出一种基于规则的带钢热连轧生产线设计专家系统。The knowledge base for the expert system is set up with the study result of the general rolling processes that were collected from home and abroad large hot strip mills and the reasoning mechanism is formed on the basis of the influence factors and expert knowledge on the arrangement of hot strip mills by the means of rule-based reasoning procedure. With the knowledge base and the reasoning mechanism, a rule-based expert system has been developed for the design of hot strip mills by using Visual Basic Language.
