摘　　要：英国医学教育者专业标准是促进医学教师专业发展的重要文本,文章对标准制定机构、产生背景、主要内容进行介绍,并与我国的医学教师专业能力要求进行对比分析,期望为我国医学教师专业标准的制定工作提供借鉴。＂Professional Standards of the UK Medical Educators 2012＂ is an important text for the profes- sional development of medical teachers. This study described the standard - setting body, background, main con- tents of the Professional Standards and compared it with professional competence requirements for medical teachers in China so as to provide enlightenment to Chinese medical educators professional standards.
