摘  要:为提高医务人员业务学习积极性和主动性,提高院内继续教育的成效,实现学习的规范化、系统化和动态化,从机制上保证科室学习的持续性、针对性和实效性。从2011年底起开始实施科室业务学习学分制管理,采用量化考核方式,对学习活动进行全程监管和多维评价,浓厚科室学习氛围,促进个人成长和科室的发展,带动医院科教研发展和内涵建设。The Department business learning credit system management was put into practice in the authors' hospital from the end of 2011. Quantitative assessment was used to realize the whole process of supervision and multi - dimensional evaluation. As a result, the department learning atmosphere became stronger, the development of personal growth and department were promoted, led to the comprehensive development of the hospital's medical, teaching, research, and the connotation construction.
