京津冀一体化背景下的河北省动漫产业发展定位

摘　　要：近年来河北动漫产业发展取得了很大成绩,但总体看来仍然发展缓慢。究其原因,就在于动漫产业属于知识经济范畴,具有独特的发展规律,仅靠资金和政策的投入而追求动漫产业全产业链的快速发展相对河北省的现状而言不太现实。因此,河北省动漫产业发展应树立阶梯意识与定位意识,凭借京津冀一体化的战略优势,优先打造成为京津动漫产业的制造中心。In recent years, Hebei animation industry has developed rapidly but with slow pace. Through the analysis of the factors, this paper points out that the rapid development of the whole industrial chain on the basis of capital and policy does not fit with the present situation of Hebei province because of its unique rule of development. And Hebei animation industry should build up the awareness of ladder and orientation to become the manufacturing center with the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
