摘　　要：为探讨抗疟药磷酸哌喹制备新工艺和检测参数,采用不同的溶剂、反应条件、反应步骤合成磷酸哌喹,最终产品采用氢谱、碳谱、质谱表征结构,HPLC方法控制产品有关物质.通过一系列优化实验,确定了磷酸哌喹结构和最佳工艺路线,为合成高纯磷酸哌喹提供了一条新的有效途径,确定的合成工艺参数,操作简单,性能好,工艺对设备的要求低,适合于工业化大生产.To investigate the new preparation process and testing parameters of antimalarial piperaquine phospha- te, piperaquine phosphate which is determined by 1H- NMR, 13C- NMR, mass spectrometry with the related substances controlled by HPLC method, is synthesized by different solvents, different reaction conditions and different reaction steps. A new piperaquine phosphate synthetic optimum process is established by a series of optimization experiments, the synthesis technology of high purity piperaquine phosphate and provided a new effective way. Determined process parameter is of a good operation and performance, and is not only low on the requirements for the equipment, but also suitable for industrialized production.
