摘　　要：目的:探讨Notch1、PTEN在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:78例食管鳞癌组织标本为实验组,另取42例癌旁正常食管组织标本为对照组,采用Eli VisionTM免疫组织化学法检测各组Notch1和PTEN的表达情况。Kaplan-Meier法计算Notch1蛋白阳性和阴性表达患者的生存差别。结果:食管鳞癌组织中Notch1和PTEN表达于细胞浆和细胞核,二者表达水平明显低于癌旁正常食管黏膜组织(P<0.05)。Notch1、PTEN表达(为缺失表达)均与淋巴结转移、c TNM分期有关(P<0.05);Notch1和PTEN之间表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。所有患者3年总生存率为30.77%,Notch1蛋白阳性表达患者的3年生存率显著高于Notch1阴性表达者(P<0.05)。结论:Notch1和PTEN表达失调在食管鳞癌的发生、发展和淋巴结转移中有重要作用,提示二者有可能为评估食管鳞癌病变程度提供参考。Objective：To study the expression and its significance of Notchl and PTEN in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods：Notchl and PTEN were detected by microwave EliVisionTM in 78 samples of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 42 samples of precancerous lesions tissue. The 3 - year smwival rate of the patients and relationship between patients with Notchl - negative and Notchl - positive was analyzed. Results：The expression of Notchl and PTEN located in the nucleus and plasma of cell. The expression of both genes was higher than that in the normal tissue （P 〈 0.05）. Notchl was related to differentiation of the cancer cell and lymph nodular metastasis and cTNM stages （P 〈 0.05 ）. The over all 3 - year smwival rate of the patients was 30.77%. The 3 - year survival rate of patients with Notchl - positive was significantly higher than that in the patients with Notchl - negative （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The positive expression of Notchl and PTEN may play an important role in the development,invasion and lymphatic node metastasis. Detection of PTEN and Notchl expression might be useful to understand the squamous carcinoma development.
