摘　　要：目的:探讨热休克蛋白90β1(Hsp90β1)在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取90例胃癌患者手术切除的肿瘤及其癌旁组织标本,免疫组织化学染色方法检测Hsp90β1在胃癌和癌旁组织中的表达水平,并分析其与患者各临床病理参数的关系。结果:Hsp90β1在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为92.22%(83/90),明显高于癌旁组织43.33%(39/90)的阳性表达率(P<0.01)。在肿瘤组织中Hsp90β1表达水平与患者的性别和年龄无相关性(P>0.05),而与胃癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度和TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:Hsp90β1在胃癌组织中的表达上调,提示其可能参与胃癌的发生和发展过程。Objective： To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Heat shock protein 90131 （Hsp90β1） in gastric cancer. Methods：Immunohistochemistry assay was performed to detect the Hsp90β1 expression in 90 gastric cancer and matched noncancerous tissues. The relationship between Hsp90β1 expression and the clinical pathological parameters of patients including gender, age, differentiation and TNM staging were analyzed. Results：The positive expression rate of Hsp90β1 protein in gastric cancer tissues was 92.22% ,which was significantly higher than that in matched noncancerous tissues （43. 33% , P 〈 0. 01 ）. Statistical analysis showed that the expression of Hsp90β1 in gastric cancer tissues was not obviously correlated with age and gender of patients （P 〉 0.05 ） , however, there were significant differences of Hsp90β1 expression in tumor differentiation, depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：The expression of Hsp90β1 was significantly increased in gastric cancer,which indicated that Hsp90β1 may take part in the development and progression of gastric cancer.
