摘　　要：目的:探讨ERCC1基因在肠癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法:应用实时荧光定量PCR检测68例肠癌石蜡组织中ERCC1基因的表达,分析其表达水平与临床病理特征及预后之间的关系。结果:ERCC1在肠癌组织中的表达水平与组织学分级、淋巴结转移及临床分期等临床病理特征无关。ERCC1低表达病例3年及5年生存率均优于高表达病例,两者差异有统计学意义。结论:ERCC1表达与肠癌患者临床病理特征无关,提示ERCC1表达水平与肿瘤的恶性生物学行为无关。ERCC1表达水平的高低与患者3年及5年生存率显著相关,有预测预后的价值。Objective：To evaluate the significance of ERCC1 in colorectal cancer and the relationship between this marker and clinicopathologic parameter as well as clinical outcome. Methods ： Real - time PCR was used detecting the expression of ERCC1 in 68 cases of microdissected formalin - fixed paraffin - embedded colorectal cancer. Results： The expression of ERCC1 in colorectal cancer was not cmTelated with age, gender,histological grade,lymph node metastasis or disease stage （P 〉 0.05 ）. The low expression of ERCC1 in the death group was lower than that in the survival group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The expression of ERCC1 in colorectal cancer was not cmTelated with histologi- cal grade and lymph node metastasis,which indicates that the expression of ERCC1 has no relationship with tumor biological behavior. The low expression of ERCC1 indicates better prognosis and the influence of ERCC1 on prognosis requires further study.
