2015年宁夏海原县城乡居民口腔健康知识及行为现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解2015年宁夏海原县城乡居民口腔健康知识及行为的现状。方法参照第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查报告的调查问卷,对1 155名宁夏海原县城乡居民进行口腔健康知识知晓率和口腔健康行为正确率问卷调查。结果城乡居民的口腔健康知识总知晓率为45.06%,其中,城市居民的口腔健康知识知晓率为50.68%,农村居民为40.07%,两者差异有统计学意义且城市居民高于农村居民(P<0.05)。汉族居民的口腔健康知识知晓率为48.38%,回族居民为42.24%,两者差异有统计学意义且汉族居民高于回族居民(P<0.05)。城乡居民的口腔健康行为总正确率为25.26%,城市居民的口腔健康行为正确率为36.28%,农村居民为15.48%,两者差异有统计学意义且城市居民高于农村居民(P<0.05)。汉族居民的口腔健康行为正确率为27.03%,回族居民为23.76%,汉族居民高于回族居民(P<0.05)。口腔健康知识的获得以医务人员讲解(35.35%)和口腔科宣传栏(24.42%)等院内途径为主。结论宁夏海原县城乡居民口腔健康知识知晓率及口腔健康行为正确率低于全国平均水平,有望通过口腔健康知识宣教及口腔健康行为指导,以改善目前宁夏海原县城乡居民口腔健康现状。Objective To understand the current situation of urban and rural residents in oral health knowledge and behaviors of Ningxia Haiyuan county in 2015. Methods According to the third national oral health epidemiological survey questionnaire,oral health knowledge awareness and oral health behaviors questionnaire survey of 1 155 urban and rural residents in Haiyuan County of Ningxia were collected. Results The knowledge rate of oral health knowledge among urban residents were 45. 06%. The urban residents of oral health knowledge awareness rate was 50. 68%,rural residents was 40. 07%,and there was no significant differences between urban and rural residents（ P〈0. 05）. The Han nationality residents oral health knowledge awareness rate were 48. 38%,and the Hui nationality residents were 42. 24%,and there were significant differences between urban and rural residents（ P〈0. 05）. The correct rate of oral health behaviors of urban and rural residents were 25. 26%,The correct rate of oral health behaviors of urban residents were36. 28%,rural residents were 15. 48%,there were significant differences between urban and rural residents（ P〈0. 05）. The correct rate of oral health behaviors of Han nationality residents were 27. 03%,Hui nationality residents were 23. 76%,there was no significant differences between Han nationality and Hui nationality residents（ P〈0. 05）. The main way to acquire oral health knowledge were from medical personnel explain（ 35. 35%） and department of stomatology propaganda column（ 24. 42%）. Conclusion Oral health knowledge awareness and oral health behavior rate of urban and rural residents in Haiyuan County of Ningxia are lower than the national average. The Haiyuan urban and rural residents＇ oral health knowledge and oral health behaviors may be improved through the oral health education and oral behavior guidance.
