摘　　要：[目的/意义]F5000是中国科学技术信息研究所建立的旨在向世界推介中国顶尖科技论文的平台。通过此平台分析比较农林院校论文收录情况。[方法/过程]检索分析收录论文数量大于10篇的15所农林院校。[结果/结论]从研究水平看,南京农业大学、中国农业大学、西北农林科技大学的论文收录排名前三;从领先学科看,各地农林院校的研究主题带有浓厚的地域特色,与其所在地域种植密切关联。[Purpose/significance] F5000（Frontrunner 5000） is a platform built by Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China, to promote China’s top articles to the world. The paper compares agroforestry universities’ F5000 articles. [Method/process]The paper searches and analyses 15 agroforestry universities with more than 10 F5000 articles.[Result/conclusion]From research level,numbers of F5000 articles of Nanjing Agricultural University, China Agricultural University, Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University are top three; from leading subjects, research topics of agroforestry universities around China have strong regional features,which are closely related to their own regional planting.
