银杏叶软胶囊联合尼莫地平对腔隙性脑梗死患者血液流变学改变的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨银杏叶软胶囊联合尼莫地平对腔隙性脑梗死患者血液流变学改变的影响。方法:将腔隙性脑梗死患者90例随机分为A组、B组以及C组,A组接受尼莫地平治疗,B组给予银杏叶软胶囊治疗,C组同时给予两种药物联合治疗,评估临床效果。结果:C组患者Qmean、Vmean、Vmax及Vmin均优于A组和B组(P<0.05)。C组患者全血黏度高切、低切、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率均优于A组和B组(P<0.05)。三组患者均为出现明显的临床治疗不良反应。结论:银杏叶软胶囊联合尼莫地平对腔隙性脑梗死患者能大幅度的改善血流动力学,值得应用。Objective To investigate the hemorheology changes about Ginkgo Leaves Soft- gel Capsule combined with nimodipine in patients with lacunar cerebral infarction. Method 90 cases with lacunar cerebral infarction were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C. A group were treated with nimodipine treatment,B group were given Ginkgo biloba soft capsule,and C group were given the two drug combination therapy,and the clinical effect were assessed. Results The Qmean,Vmean,Vmax and Vmin in C group were better than those of A group and B group（ P〈0. 05）. The whole blood viscosity,high shear,low shear,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and platelet gathered rate in the C group were better than those of A group and B group（ P〈0. 05）. Three groups of patients were with few side effection. Conclusion Ginkgo Leaves Softgel Capsule combined with nimodipine in patients with lacunar cerebral infarction can greatly improve hemodynamics and worthy of application.
