三级医院实习护生压力与心理健康状况的调查研究

摘　　要：目的：调查护生在三级医院实习的压力、心理健康状况及压力源对心理健康的影响。方法：采用＂护生实习压力源及压力水平＂调查问卷和症状自评量表对148名三级医院实习护生进行问卷调查。结果：实习护生的总压力得分为71.14±12.19,其中就业是护生的主要压力源;实习护生心理健康的平均水平比18~29岁青年组常模好,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）;实习护生压力源与心理健康各因子得分均呈显著正相关,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;监督与评价、学历、教学管理影响护生的心理健康状况,差异有统计学意义（F=17.752,P〈0.001,R2=0.270）。结论：三级医院实习护生存在中度水平的压力,并影响其心理健康。Objective To investigate nursing students in tertiary hospital internship source of pressure,mental health status and its influence on mental health. Method The＂nursing students internship stressor and stress levels＂questionnaire and symptom self- assessment scale of 148 tertiary hospital internship survey of nursing students. Results The results of practice nursing students score was 71. 14 ± 12. 19. The employment is the main pressure source of nurses. Average practice nursing students mental health is better than 18 to 29 years old young norm（ P〈0. 001）. Internship stressors and mental health of nursing students was significantly positively related to each factor score（ P〈0. 01）. Supervision and evaluation,education and teaching management affect the mental health status of the nursing students（ F = 17. 752,P〈0. 001,R2= 0. 001）. Conclusion Tertiary hospital internship survive at moderate levels of stress and the mental health was influenced.
