摘 要:以四个不同生长阶段大叶麻竹笋为原料,经硝酸和高氯酸(体积比4︰1)消解后,采用原子荧光光谱法测定样品中Hg和As的含量,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中四种典型微量元素Fe、Mn、Cu和Zn的含量。在最佳测定条件下,Hg、As、Fe、Mn、Cu和Zn六种元素检出限均大于0.05μg·g-1,标准偏差(RSD)≤6.48%(n=11),回收率在92.20%-109.0%之间。六种元素的含量在不同生长时期均有一定差异,其结果可为进一步探讨大叶麻竹笋中上述微量元素与生长阶段的关系和判断其食用价值提供相关参考数据。The different growth stages of Dendrocalamus latiflorus were used as raw material, which were digested in the mixed acid of nitric acid and perchloric acid(4︰1, V︰V). The contents of Hg and As were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry and the four typical trace elements including Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Under optimum conditions, the detection limits of Hg, As, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn were more than 0.05 μg·g-1. The relative standar deviation of the samples was less than 6.48%(n=11), and the recoveries were between 92.20%-109.0%. The results indicated the contents of 6 elements were differences in the different growth stages. The results could provide certain reference data for further study the relationship between the above-mentioned trace elements in Dendrocalamus latiflorus and growth stages, and judging its edible food value.
