摘 要:个体化精准诊疗能为重大疾病提供精细化、微创化与高效化的临床诊疗平台,具有巨大的研究与临床意义。临床精准诊断技术是个体化治疗的关键前提。本文综述了临床领域个体化精准诊断、信息融合与可视化技术的最新成果与核心方法,对其趋势与挑战的剖析也体现了广阔的发展与应用前景。个体化精准诊断的持续进步将帮助探寻疾病发生机制,为重大疾病治愈起到关键作用,同时也将推动临床治疗的发展以及诊断与治疗流程的不断完善,推进智能型微创诊疗一体化。Personalized precision diagnosis and therapy provide an accurate, minimally invasive and effective approach for clinical diagnostic and therapeutic platform for complex diseases, which has great research and clinical value. Accurate diagnosis techniques are important preconditions of personalizedtherapy. This paper reviewed the most recent achievements and major methods of personalized precision diagnosis, medical information fusion, and visualization techniques. Developments and challenges of personalized precision diagnosis and therapy fully reflects its broad prospects in clinical trials. Continued improvements of personalized precision diagnosis will lead to better understanding of mechanisms of diseases and will play an important role in the treatment and cure of critical illnesses. Meanwhile it will also accelerate the trend of integration of intelligent minimal invasiveness diagnosis and therapy.
