抗核抗体谱阳性条带数量与患者体液免疫及肝功能实验室指标水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨抗核抗体谱（Anti Nudear Antibody Profile，ANAP）阳性条带数量与患者体液免疫及肝功能实验室指标水平的相关性。方法：研究对象选自2014年1月至2014年12月在我院门诊首诊接受ANAP检测的阳性患者，合计117例，研究对象按照阳性条带数量不同分成5个组：①组（1条带）、②组（2条带）、③组（3条带）、④组（4条带）、⑤组（5条带73,．eA上），均检测体液免疫和肝功能实验室指标。ANAP检测采用线性免疫印迹法，检测体液免疫和肝功能实验室指标采用全自动生化仪法。结果：④组和⑤组IgC水平显著升高，补体c3，c4水平显著降低，与其他组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。所有研究对象中肝功能实验室指标异常者58例，占49．57％（58／117），其中，肝酶升高者39例，占67．24％（39／58），总蛋白降低者15例，占25．86％（15／58），A／G倒置者34例，占58．62％（34／58）。结论：ANAP阳性条带数量与患者的体液免疫指标水平存在一定的相关性，4条带及以上阳性者有体液免疫功能紊乱；ANAP阳性患者肝功能实验室指标异常检出率较高。Objective ： To investigate the correlation of positive ANAP and humeral immune indices in patients with abnormal liver function. Methods ： 117 cases of ANAP patients were chosen from 2014 January to 2014 December in our hospital accepted ANAP examination. In accordance with the number of positive bands, they were divided into 5 groups： group （1） （1 band）, group （2） （2 bands）, group （3） （3 bands）, group （4） （4 bands）, group （5） （5 bands and above）, humeral immunity and liver function were detected.ANAP was detected by linear immunoblotting, and the humeral immunity and liver function were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.Results ： The levels ofimmunoglobulin IgG in group （4） and group （5） were increased significantly, The levels of complement C3, C4 were significantly decreased, there was statistically significant difference compare.d with other groups （P〈0.05）; 58 cases with abnormal liver function were detected in ANAP positive patients, accounted for 49.57% （58/117）, including 39 cases of abnomaal liver enzymes increased, accounting for 67.24% （39/58）, 15 cases of total protein decreased, accounting for 25.86% （15/58）, 34 cases of A/G inversion, accounting for 58.62%. Conclusions ： The number of ANAP was correlated with the level of humeral immunity.4 bands and more positive and humeral immune function disorder in patients are closely related. A higher rate of abnormal liver function was detected in ANAP positive patients.
