摘　　要：结核分枝杆菌无疑是达尔文进化论的成功实践者，其在千万年的适应性进化过程中获得了独特的生存能力。至今，人类尚无能力在世界范围内消灭结核病。为了达到消灭结核病的目的，需要从更深层次来认识我们的老对手。“精准医学”的出现给我们提供了机遇。精准医学意味着我们对疾病的认识已经从“群体共性”进化到“个体特性”的水平，它依靠的科学背景包括人类基因组学、数据科学、计算机信息技术等。由此，我们能从更宏观和更微观的角度来了解结核分枝杆菌的发病模式、结核分枝杆菌与人类基因的相互关系，以及结核分枝杆菌菌株的突变耐药机制。笔者对精准医学在结核病诊治领域的应用做初步探讨。There is no doubt that Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which acquired unique features and viability to survive under evolutionary selection for thousands of years, is the best practitioner of Darwinian evolution. Until now, humankind still can＇t eliminate tuberculosis worldwide. For this purpose, we require a more thorough under- standing of our old enemy. ＇Precision medicine ~ comes along with the right opportunity for us to comprehend the mechanism of tuberculosis from more precise perspective, which is based on the development of genomics, data sci- ence and advanced information technology. This paper will discuss the applications of precision medicine concept in tuberculosis management.
