摘　　要：近年来,国内许多研究者指出高校现有的教师教学评价体系存在缺陷,这引发了社会的热切关注。本人认为有必要对该课题的三个基本问题进行厘定,包括:评价的价值取向、基本原则、评价方法。In recent years, many domestic researchers point out the defects of the present teacher and teaching evaluation system,having aroused great social concern. The writer holds that it is necessary to collate and stipulate the three basic issues of the topic, including the value orientation, basic principles and methods of the evaluation.
