摘　　要：开展产学研协同创新,是研究型大学发挥社会服务功能的必然体现。但在参与产学研协同创新中遭遇的困境,成为阻碍研究型大学顺利助推国家创新驱动战略的重要因素,需要遵循培养精英人才、创新知识、产出高水平成果、提升竞争力的宗旨,真正体现大学办学之道。To carry out collaborative innovation is the inevitable embodiment of social service function of research university.But difficulties involved in research collaborative innovation encountered become important factors that hinder the successful innovation-driven strategy to boost national research university,you need to cultivate the spirit of elite talent,innovation and knowledge,a high level of output results,enhance the competitiveness of the purpose,reflect Running a University Road truly.
