摘 要:【目的】研究在饲粮中添加茶多酚对初产母猪繁殖性能和抗氧化性能的影响.【方法】选取32头健康、自然发情的纯种‘长白’后备母猪,等体质量随机分为对照组和茶多酚组,每组16个重复,每个重复1头.配种第3d起至断奶期间,对照组饲喂基础日粮,茶多酚组饲喂基础日粮中添加100mg/kg茶多酚的日粮.【结果】茶多酚组母猪窝产仔数较对照组多1.46头,窝产活仔数比对照组多1.76头(P<0.05),21日龄断奶仔猪数比对照组多1.1头,个体质量和窝质量无显著差异.母猪断奶7d和21d内发情率,茶多酚组比对照组分别提高了24.68%和7.14%;断奶10d内发情间隔,茶多酚组比对照组缩短1.45d(P<0.05).妊娠90d时,茶多酚组血清T-AOC、CAT和SOD含量依次增加22.73%、25.32%和12.11%(P<0.05),MDA降低28.68%(P<0.05);产后10d,茶多酚组血清T-AOC和CAT含量增加11.14%和17.80%(P<0.05),MDA降低12.38%,其余检测指标无明显变化.【结论】后备母猪饲粮中添加茶多酚可通过改善母猪抗氧化性能,提高母猪的繁殖性能.【Objective】The experiment was conducted to study the effects of tea polyphenols supplemented with diet on reproductive performances and antioxidant properties of gilts.【Method】32healthy pure Landrace replacement gilts of natural estrus were randomly divided into two groups with equal body mass and each group had 16 replications.Gilts in control group were fed on basal diet while gilts in test group fed on based diet supplemented with 100mg/kg tea polyphenols from the third day after post-mating to weaning.【Result】Little size were 1.46 piglets and alive piglets were 1.76 piglets more in test group than in control group(P〈0.05).The number of weaning piglet aged 21 day was 1.1piglets more than the control group.There were no difference on total litter birth weight,individual piglet birth weight,total litter weaning weight,as well as individual piglet weaning weight between the two groups.In test group,the estrus rate within 7dand 21 dincreased by 24.68%and 7.14%compared with control group.Estrus inter-val after weaning 10 dwas shorter by 1.45d(P〈0.05)in gilts of test group compared with control group.The serum parameters in test group including T-AOC,CAT and SOD were increased by 22.73%,25.32%and 12.11%(P〈0.05)in pregnancy 90 d,respectively,but MDA content decreased by 28.68%(P〈0.05)than in the control group.In 10 dof postpartum,T-AOC and CAT increased by 11.14%and 17.80%(P〈0.05),respectively,while MDA decreased by 12.38%than the control group.Other tested indexes showed no significant difference.【Conclusion】Gilts diet supplemented with tea polyphenols could increase reproductive performances of gilts by improving their antioxidant properties.
