患者安全胜任力护理人员自评量表的编制及信效度评价

摘　　要：目的编制患者安全胜任力护理人员自评量表（patient safety competency self-rating scale of nurses,PSCSSN）。方法在全面查阅和研究国内外相关文献的基础上,经2轮专家的函调和预实验对量表的条目进行评价、修改和筛选,形成最终的PSCSSN量表,以3所三级甲等医院791例护理人员为研究对象进行信效度检验。结果量表由29个条目组成,探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,与量表理论构建基本一致,各条目在所属因子上的载荷为0.471～0.817,累积方差解释率为64.598%。因子间的相关系数为0.242～0.519,各因子与总分的相关系数为0.619～0.822。培训组护理人员PSCSSN总量表得分明显高于未培训组（P〈0.01）。量表总的Cronbach’sα为0.930,重测信度为0.945,各个因子的Cronbach’sα在0.777～0.863,重测信度在0.867～0.927。结论 PSCSSN量表具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为评估护理人员的患者安全胜任力的测量工具。Objective To develop a rating scale for evaluating the patient safety competency for nurses. Methods Based on our overall review on domestic and international literature,the scale was formulated through 2 cycles of expert evaluation and pre-testing on evaluation,modification and screening on relative items. A total of 791 nurses from 3 Grade A Class III hospitals were recruited to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Results Our produced rating scale for patient safety competency contained 29 items.Four factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and corresponded well with the theoretical construction. Factor loading ranged from 0. 471 to 0. 817 and the 4 factors explained for 64. 598% variances.The correlation coefficients of each factor and the total scores were from 0. 619 to 0. 822. The correlation coefficients of each factors were 0. 242 ～ 0. 519. The total scores were significant higher in the nurses after training than the un-training group（ P 〈 0. 01）. The Cronbach’s α of the total scale was 0. 930,with its retest-reliability of 0. 945. And the Cronbach’s α of the every factors ranged from 0. 777 to 0. 863,with their retest-reliability from 0. 867 to 0. 972. Conclusion Our newly developed rating scale of patient safety competency has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an effective measurement to test the patient safety competency for nurses.
