摘　　要：冰片是常用名贵中药材之一,商品种类较多,在中医药领域具有重要价值。但由于冰片具有围产期毒性,且在体内可转化为有毒性的樟脑,临床使用不当存在一定的安全隐患。本文通过对冰片的急性毒性、重复给药毒性、生殖毒性、遗传毒性等方面进行综述,总结冰片安全性研究中的存在问题,为其临床安全合理用药提供参考。Borneol is a highly valuable herb medicine in traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）. However,recent studies indicate that potential safety risks exist in clinical practice of borneol,because it is likely to be metabolized into toxic camphor in the body,in addition to causing perinatal toxicity. This review provides the existing problems of preclinical safety evaluation of borneol by summarizing the research findings of the acute toxicity,the repeated dose toxicity,the reproductive toxicity,and the genetic toxicity,providing references for its safe and rational use clinically.
