摘  要:目的:对比分析IGF-Ⅰ对炎症和健康正畸牙移动牙周组织改建的影响。方法:72只wistar大鼠随机分为炎症牙移动和健康牙移动1、3、7、14、21d组及对照组,近中移动各组大鼠上颌第一磨牙,分别测量各组大鼠牙齿移动距离并进行IGF-Ⅰ免疫组化染色分析。结果:在相同的牙移动时间内,炎症组大鼠牙移动距离大于健康组;健康牙移动组的IGF-Ⅰ含量高于炎症牙移动组,压力侧和张力侧的IGF-Ⅰ含量都与牙周组织状态和加力时间相关。结论:由于慢性炎症环境的存在,炎症牙移动组IGF-Ⅰ表达水平明显降低。为了获得快速有效的正畸治疗效果,可通过局部应用IGF-Ⅰ调节牙周细胞活性,加速牙周组织改建。Objective:We compared and analyzed what effect will IGF-Ⅰ have on periodontal tissue remodeling between the tooth movement in rats with periodontitis and normal.Methods:Seventy-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group and periodontitis tooth movement group with 1day,3days,7days,14 days,21days and control group.Moved first molar,measured the distance of teethmovement and made immunohistochemical stain analysis.Results:In a given period of time,distance of tooth movement in periodontitis rats was farther than in normal group;IGF-Ⅰin normal tooth movement group were higher than periodontitis tooth movement group,Content of IGF-Ⅰin the pressure side and tension side are associated with periodontal tissue status and different orthodontic force time.Conclusion:Since the presence of chronic inflammatory,the expression of IGF-Ⅰ decreased significantly in periodontitis toothmovement group.In order to get more rapid and efficient orthodontic treatment,we should make applications of IGF-Ⅰregulation to periodontal ligament cells and accelerate periodontal tissue remodeling in the end.
