摘　　要：石油高校工科专业毕业生对石油行业的就业依赖性较强,国内外石油行业的整体低迷给石油高校的毕业生也蒙上了就业阴影,工科女大学生的就业面临前所未有的挑战。为积极应对工科女大学生就业难的问题,政府、高校、个人都需要行动起来,高度重视女大学生群体的就业问题,化危机为转机。石油高校要想延续高就业率,就必须要打破传统就业思路,客观研究当前就业形势,积极探索新的就业增长点,尝试更多的就业创业可能。Graduates in petroleum engineering colleges and universities depends largely on the oil industry employment. With the slow growth of macro-economy in China,international crude oil prices continues to decline,and the number of oil companies＇ recruitments reduced accordingly. The graduate employment of petroleum college and university is also covered with shadow. Thus the employment of female engineering college students face unprecedented challenges. To actively respond to the difficult employment of female graduates of engineering major,government,universities,individuals need to attach great importance and joint efforts,to deal with employment problems. In order to continue high employment rate,it is necessary to break the traditional thinking of employment,objectively study the current employment situation,actively explore new employment growth,and try more possible employment and entrepreneurship.
