摘　　要：目的：利用CBCT图像对131例黑龙江省东部地区汉族人切牙管进行影像学测量。方法：从2009-12-2012-12在佳木斯大学附属口腔医院口腔种植科就诊并行CBCT检查的131例患者。测量全部符合纳入标准的切牙管的长度、直径、鼻底和口腔开口直径。所得数据输入SPSS16.0软件进行统计学分析。结果：131例患者中对符合测量条件的117例进行统计得出黑龙江省东部地区汉族人切牙管长度（15.22±3.56）mm[男性（15.89±3.48）mm;女性（14.04±2.64）mm]（P〈0.05）,切牙管直径（2.23±0.82）mm[男性（2.26±0.85）mm;女性（2.25±0.71）mm],切牙管口腔侧开口直径（3.42±1.14）mm[男性（3.52±1.30）mm;女性（3.24±0.76）mm],切牙管鼻腔侧开口直径（4.11±1.82）mm[男性（4.62±2.11）mm;女性（4.51±1.91）mm]。结论：黑龙江省东部地区汉族人男女切牙管的长度有统计学差异。Objective： The morphological study was made on incisive foramen and incisive canal in Northern Heilongjiang Han population with cone beam CT. Methods： 131 cases complaining ＂ missing teeth in maxilla＂ were analysed from December 2009 to December 2012 in the stomatological hospital of Jiamusi university. The available height and width of bone were measured along the long axis of maxillary incisor,lateral incisor and canine. The acquired data was analysed by using SPSS16. 0 software. Results： Meet the conditions for measuring in 131 patients,117 cases,the length of the incisive canal was 15. 22 ± 3. 56mm（ male 15. 89 ± 3. 48mm; female 14. 04 ± 2. 64mm）（ P〈0. 05）,and the diameter was 2. 23 ±0. 82mm（ male 2. 26 ±0. 85 mm; female 2. 25 ±0. 71mm）; the diameter of the incisive foramen towards the oral and nasal cavity was 3. 42 ± 1. 14mm（ male 3. 52 ± 1. 30mm; female 3. 24 ±0. 76mm） and 4. 11 ± 1. 82mm（ male 4. 62 ± 2. 11mm; female 4. 51 ± 1. 91mm） respectively. Conclusions： There is a significant difference in the incisive canal length between male and female of northern Heilongjiang Han population.
