速胰康片剂对急性胰腺炎小鼠血清白细胞介素-6的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨速胰康片剂对急性胰腺炎(AP)小鼠血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响,为其临床应用提供理论性基础和实验性数据。方法:采用腹腔注入20%中性L-精氨酸溶液制备AP模型,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定各实验组的小鼠血清IL-6水平。结果:通过腹腔注入20%中性L-精氨酸溶液造模成功。高剂量治疗组和中剂量治疗组在各时间段的血清IL-6水平与AP模型组的相比显著减少(P<0.05,P<0.01)。低剂量治疗组和阳性对照组在72h时的血清IL-6水平相比于AP模型组也明显降低(P<0.05)。除此之外,治疗组在其他时间段的血清IL-6水平相比于AP模型组也均有所降低。结论:速胰康片剂能显著降低急性胰腺炎小鼠血清IL-6含量,减缓急性炎症。在治疗AP,缓解病情,减轻痛苦等方面具有积极作用。Objective： To study the influence of SYK on serum IL- 6 levels in mices with acute pancreatitis on the basis of previous researches; to provide theoretical basis and experimental data for clinical application.Methods： AP model was made by injecting 20% neutral L- arginine,the serum IL- 6 levels of the experimental group and the control group was determined by ELISA. Results： Successful AP model was made by injecting 20%neutral L- arginine. Each dose of SYK could reduce the serum IL- 6 levels in mice. Compared with AP model group,the serum IL- 6 levels of high dose group and medium dose group were significantly reduced each time（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. The serum IL- 6 levels of low dose group and positive control group at 72 h were also significantly reduced. In addition,the serum IL- 6 level of treatment group in other periods were also decreased.Conclusions： SYK could effectively reduce the serum IL- 6 levels in mice with acute pancreatitis,and have a positive effect in the treatment of AP,remission of disease,relieving the pain and so on.
