Ki67与MMP-9在胃腺癌中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃腺癌中基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9与Ki67表达的相关性及其临床意义。方法:采用S-P免疫组化染色法,通过检测100例胃腺癌组织中Ki67及MMP-9的表达情况,分析其表达水平与年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、分化程度的相关性。结果:100例胃腺癌中Ki67高表达为53例(53%),而MMP-9高表达46例(46%)。且对于其肿瘤病灶直径大小,不同年龄段之间,Ki67和MMP-9的表达差异无统计学意义,而淋巴结有转移的患者,TNM分期级别高的患者、病理分化程度低的患者其Ki67和MMP-9的表达高于无淋巴结转移的患者、TNM分期低的患者和病理分化高的患者(P<0.05)。Ki67和MMP-9的表达存在正相关(P<0.05,rs=0.405)。结论:Ki67和MMP-9表达在胃腺癌的侵袭中起协同作用。Objective： To explore the correlation between the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase MMP- 9and Ki67 in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods： S- P immunohistochemical staining method was adopted to detect the expressions of Ki67 and MMP- 9 in 100 cases of gastric carcinoma so as to analyse the correlation among expression,age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,TNM staging,and differentiation. Results：In 100 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma,53 cases were highly expressed in Ki67 reaching 53% of the total. 46 case were highly expressed in MMP- 9 reaching 46% of the total. For the tumor diameter,there were no significant differences in the expressions of Ki67 and MMP- 9 between different age. For patients with lymph node metastasis,high level TNM stage,low pathological differentiation,their expressions of Ki67 and MMP- 9 were higher than those with no lymph node metastasis,low level TNM staging,and high pathologic differentiation（ P〈0. 05）.There existed positive correlationship between the expressions of Ki67 and MMP- 9（ P〈0. 05,rs= 0. 405）.Conclusion： The expressions of Ki67 and MMP- 9 play a synergistic role in the gastric cancer invasion.
