食管癌合并重度COPD同期肺减容手术临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨食管癌合并重度COPD同期肺减容手术的方法及疗效。方法:11例食管癌合并重度COPD患者行食管癌切除,同期同侧肺减容手术,分析手术要点,围术期处理及疗效评价。结果:11例患者均安全平稳度过围术期,肺功能及血气分析可见,手术后FEV1、FEV1/FVC、RV、Pa O2以及Pa CO2均优于手术前(P<0.05)。结论:同期同侧肺减容使食管癌合并重度COPD患者手术围术期增加安全性及可行性。Objective： To evaluate the methods and effects of LVRS performed simultaneously with resection of esophageal neoplasms. Methods： LVRS was performed simultaneously with resection of esophageal neoplasms in 11 patients. The key points of the surgical procedure,Perioperative management and the operative prognosis were analyzed. Results： There were no surgical deaths and severe complications in this study. Pulmonary functions of all patients were elevated. Conclusions： Homochronous lung volume reduction surgery is safe and feasible in tumor resection of esophageal carcinoma
