摘  要:酒类中的铅含量的测定用火焰法同样能做到低检出限,而且比石墨炉法用时更少,也不需要通过有机溶剂进行富集,简化实验过程,实现快速检测的目的。检出限为0.03mg/L,铅的浓度为0.1mg/L时加标回收率都能达到90%以上,稳定性好,分别对白酒、白兰地、啤酒、葡萄酒和黄酒分别进行测试,结果满意。The determination of lead content in liquor by FAAS can also be used for low detection limit, and faster than GAAS, and it does not need to be enriched by organic solvent, so as to reduce the experimental process and achieve the purpose of rapid detection. The detection limit was 0.03mg/L, when the concentration of lead is 0.1mg/L the recovery rate can reach more than 90% and with good stability,testing for liquor, beer, wine, brandy and yellow wine we had satisfactory results.
