摘 要:本文通过实地测量和观察,对五个较有代表性的餐厅声环境进行初步调研,总结发现餐饮空间内主要噪声源为邻桌说话声,十人桌的就餐模式噪声问题较为严重,结合主观调研发现,目前餐饮空间内就餐者可接受的噪声级在70dB(A)以下。通过声学模拟软件Odeon对典型餐饮空间模型的模拟可得,合理布置吸声构造可以在满座情况下有效地把室内噪声级降到就餐者可接受的噪声级范围,其中在顶部布置吸声构造是改善餐厅语言清晰度更为有效的途径。Through field measurements and observations,an investigation was made in five typical restaurants and concluded that the noise of dining space mainly came from talks next table,and noise problem in restaurants with round-table eating pattern is more serious.Diners' acceptable noise level in dining spaces was below 70 dB(A) according to the subjective survey.By using Odeon,simulation of typical dining space models were made and it was concluded that proper absorption can decrease the interior noise level to diners' acceptable noise level effectively.Arranging sound absorption structure at the ceiling is a better way to improve acoustic environment in dining space
