摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训制度是我国在医疗改革上迈出的重要一步。文章从临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式和住院医师规范化培训的优缺点进行探讨,剖析临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式改革与住院医师规范化培训之间的关系,以便于将来能更好地将两者结合起来。Standardized training system of residents is an important step in health care reform. This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of training mode of professional degree postgraduates in clinical medicine and the standardized training of residents,and analyzes their relationship in order to combine them better in future.
