摘　　要：微博作为新兴网络传播工具,给辅导员思想政治教育工作提供了新机遇,它拓展了思想政治教育手段并构建了思想政治教育主客体沟通平台。但微博也给思想政治教育载体、教育内容、教育方式和主客体素质带来了新的挑战。辅导员如何利用微博来从事学生思想政治教育,探索思想政治教育的新途径,充分应用微博来提升思想政治教育的有效性是高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的一项重要内容。As an emerging tool of communication on the Internet,microblog has provided new opportunities for counselors＇ ideological and political work by expanding means of ideological and political education and establishing a communication platform for the communication between the subject and the object of ideological and political education. But it has also brought new challenges to the carriers, teaching contents and teaching methods of ideological and political education, as well as the quality of the subject and object. How counselors use microblog to carry out ideological and political education, explore new ways of ideological and political education, and make full use of microblog to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, is an important content of college counselors＇ work on ideological and political education.
