摘　　要：高等院校是培养各类专业人才的基地,学风、考风是衡量一所高校办学思想、教育质量和管理水平的重要指标,是形成良好校风的基础和前提,是学校治学精神、治学态度和治学原则的综合体现,高等院校的校风建设工作显得尤为重要。本文通过典型案例介绍江西科技师范大学教师对班级学风、考风建设所采取的措施及实施效果。Colleges and universities are the bases for training all kinds of professional talents. Atmosphere of learning and examination is one of the important factors for evaluating one university in school thought, education quality and management level. Atmosphere of learning and examination is the basis and premise of a good school atmosphere. Atmosphere of learning and examination is the comprehensive reflection of scholastic spirit, scholastic attitude and scholastic principle, and the school atmosphere of colleges and universities is very important. In this article, we introduce the measures of the teachers of Jiangxi Science Technology Normal University in improving the atmosphere of learning and examination and the implementation effect.
