摘 要:对0Cr21Ni6Mn9N钢管接头锻件进行工艺分析,设计了下模镶块,解决了管接头锻件的成形。首次试制时管接头锻件出现了比较深的折叠缺陷。使用Simufact.forming锻造工艺模拟软件对锻件的成形过程进行了模拟。结果显示,在挤压力的作用下,在模具中部向内流动的金属产生折叠。进行工艺改进——在折叠位置处增加成形凸台。改进的工艺实施后消除了向内流动现象,解决了折叠缺陷。Process analysis of 0Cr21Ni6Mn9 N steel pipe joint forging was carried out, and the insert block of lower die was designed, which solved the forming of pipe joint forging. Relatively deep fold defects appeared in pipe joint forgings during the first trial. The forming process of the forging was simulated by using Simufact.forming software. The results show that the metal of flowing inside in the middle of the die produces fold under the action of extrusion pressure. The technology was improved-adding the forming boss at the folded position. After the implementation of the improved technology, the phenomenon of inward flow are eliminated, which solves the fold defects
