摘　　要：在现有社会诚信度,及对第三方检测市场管理有待加强的情况下,检测报告造假情形时有发生,传统检测报告防伪技术已不能满足报告在传递过程中的真实性验证。作者通过构建"云检测"平台,将客户资料、检测样品和检测结果等信息在实验室管理系统和网站实时共享,客户及相关利益方可以通过电话语音、网站身份识别及传真查询,查证检测报告的真伪。现代化的网络工具用于检测报告真伪的查询监管,可在一定程度上杜绝虚假检测报告,还可为实验室监管部门提供有效的技术手段,推动第三方检验检测市场的健康发展。The test report is the test result or supporting document for conclusion,it is issued to consignor by the consigned laboratory,and is the final expression about the testing. The authenticity and trustworthy of the report directly affect the competiveness and the credibility about the laboratory. At present,present social integrity,as well as third party inspection,need to be strengthened,and fraud test reports occur frequently The existing anti-counterfeiting technology can not completely meet the authenticity verification in the test report transferring. The ＂cloud testing ＂platform is considered in this paper,the platform combines clients＇ information,testing sample,testing result,etc.,and store the report in laboratory management system. Clients and stakeholders can verify the authenticity of the test report with telephone,website identification,and fax inquiry. The modern network with verification authenticity and supervision on testing report can contribute to preventing false testing reports,to assuring inspect and test market in good environment,it can also be an effective technical support means to push the third party testing market forward.
