摘　　要：毕业设计(论文)工作的系统组织与质量保障,将对培养大学生探索真理,强化社会意识,进行科学研究基本训练,提高综合实践能力等方面起到关键推动作用,是进一步提升高校人才培养质量的重要环节。论文在优化本科毕业设计(论文)工作传统管理模式的同时,探索并形成了新形势下"思考为先、保障为基、过程为主、协同为辅、氛围为导"的毕业设计(论文)综合管理新模式。具有一定的示范辐射作用。As an important link on further improving the quality of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities,the systematic organization and quality guarantee of the graduation projects will be the key driving force which help undergraduates to explore truth,enhance social awareness,proceed basic training of scientific research,and improve comprehensive practical abilities. While optimizing the traditional administration mode on graduation projects,the thesis searches and forms a new management mode under the new situation,the main idea is＂thinking with priority,taking guarantee as the base,paying primary attention on procedure,assisting with collaboration and guiding with atmosphere＂. This has produced some radiation and exemplary effects on other universities.
