摘 要:通过对含羟丙基胍胶(HPG)乳状液性质及油水界面性质的研究,考察了HPG对水包油乳状液稳定性的影响。结果表明,HPG能增强水包油乳状液的稳定性;HPG增加了油水界面膜强度,随着ρ(HPG)增加,油珠的半衰期t1/2增加,破裂速率常数k减小;HPG可小幅度降低界面张力,ρ(HPG)=1 000mg/L时,界面张力值为16.58mN/m;连续相黏度随着ρ(HPG)的增加而增大,使油珠上浮速度和碰撞几率变小,油珠聚并困难。含HPG的水包油乳状液中显微镜观察图像,也证明了ρ(HPG)的增加使得乳状液中的油珠量增加,即增强了乳状液的稳定性。The effects of hydroxylpropyl guar gum(HPG)on stability of oil in water emulsion were investigated by analyzing the properties of emulsion and oil-water interfacial properties with HPG.Results showed the present of HPG can enhance the stability of oil in water emulsion.The oil-water interfacial film was strengthened by HPG,and the half-life(t1/2)of oil droplets increased,while the fracture rate(k)of oil droplets decreased,with the increase of HPG concentration.The interfacial tension of emulsion with HPG was modestly reduced,which reached 16.58mN/m at the HPG concentration of1 000mg/L.The viscosity of continuous phase was increased with the increase of HPG concentration,therefore reducing the ascent rate of oil droplets as well as their collision probability,which made the oil droplets hard to be coalesced.Besides,the microscope photos of oil in water emulsion with HPG also proved the increase of oil droplets with the increase of HPG concentration,namely enhancing the stability of emulsion.
