摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种大脑神经退行性疾病,具有细胞外淀粉样斑块形成(或老年斑)和细胞内神经原纤维缠结的特征。其发病率随年龄增长而增加,但发病机制仍未完全阐明。目前,国内外治疗AD的药物甚少,且均无根治效果。西药不良反应多,效果欠佳且易形成耐药;中药作为天然药物,有效成分多,作用靶点多,在治疗疾病中起到越来越重要的作用。Alzheimer disease（ AD） is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder of the brain,which is characterized by the formation of extracellular amyloid plaques（ or senile plaques） and intracellular neurofibrillary tangles. The incidence increased with age,but the pathogenesis has not been elucidated. At present,there are few drugs for AD both at home and abroad,and with no cure effect. Western medicine has more adverse reactions,less effect,and is easy to develop drug resistance; traditional Chinese medicine as a natural drug,has more active ingredient and multiple targets,playing a more and more important role in the treatment.
