摘　　要：为了更好地适应企业集团的规模扩张和市场竞争的不断加剧,各大企业集团都不同程度地实施了资金集中管理,进一步强化资金管理和控制,优化资源配置。文章分析了建设资金集中管理信息系统的重要意义及主要路径,并以某企业集团为例,系统阐述了建设资金集中管理信息系统的实践背景、原则及效果,对进一步探索企业集团资金集中管理信息系统发展路径有一定的借鉴意义。In order to better adapt to the enterprise groups of scale expansion and increasing market competition,to varying degrees each big enterprise groups to implement centralized capital management,further strengthen the management and control of funds,optimize the allocation of resources.This paper analyzes the significance of the construction fund centralized management information system and the main path,taking the enterprise group as an example,the system elaborated the construction funds centralized management information system of practical background,principle and effect,to further explore the enterprise group funds centralized management information system development path has certain reference significance.
