摘　　要：农民工作为弱势群体,在开展维权工作的过程中出现很多问题。采用主位视角研究农民工维权问题就是要以农民工为研究主体,发现在农民工群体身上表现出的能力和潜力,揭示他们在保障自身权益背后的团结与分化的力量,彰显农民工群体在维权的过程中实现的自身价值和社会效能。Migrant workers,As a vulnerable group, There are many problems in the process of Protecting their rights and interests. To recognize the complexity of the problems of Migrant workers, We must deep into the world of the group of the Migrant workers. This article researches the case of maintaining the rights of migrant workers, adopts the perspective of the Emic, and reveals the power of unity and division in the protection of their own interests, and Reveals the migrant workers＇ value and social efficiency in the course of protecting their rights and interests.
