高职院校教务档案信息化管理的探索与研究

摘　　要：高职院校教务档案管理工作是学校教学管理工作的基础,也是评价一所学校教学管理水平的重要标准。在科学信息化的今天,传统的手工档案已逐渐被高效的信息化档案所取代。文章结合高职院校教务档案管理工作实际,对高职院校在教务信息档案上面的一些相关问题进行了分析与研究,并提出了相关改进措施。The management of educational administration archives at higher vocational colleges is the foundation and key criteria of evaluating teaching management level. Nowadays, with the development of scientific information technology, traditional manual archives have gradually been replaced by the efficient digital information archives. The paper, combining with the practical management of educational administration archives at higher vocational college, analyzes and explores the existing problems in the management and puts forward the relevant improving measures.
