子宫内膜癌中S100P的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测子宫内膜癌组织中S100P蛋白的表达,探讨S100P的表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征相关性。方法收集83例子宫内膜癌组织标本,利用免疫组化的方法检测S100P的表达,分析S100P的表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的相关性,以及S100P表达与下游基因RAGE表达的相关性。结果 S100P在子宫内膜癌中的表达率为34.9%(29/83)。在子宫内膜癌高FIGO分期组、雌激素受体(ER)或孕激素受体(PR)低表达组中,S100P的表达较高,但S100P与年龄、是否绝经、初潮年龄、生育胎数以及肿瘤大小无相关性。RAGE的表达率为44.6%(37/83),与S100P表达呈正相关。结论 S100P的表达与FIGO分期、ER及PR的表达相关,并且S100P的表达与RAGE的表达呈正相关。进一步阐明S100P表达及调控机制有可能为子宫内膜癌靶基因治疗提供新的依据。Objective To detect the expression of S100 P in endometrial carcinoma and analyze the relationship between its expression and endometrial carcinoma clinicopathological features. Methods Samples of 83 endometrial carcinoma tissues from different patients were collected.Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of S100 P and RAGE. The relationship between S100 P expression and the clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results S100 P was expressed in about 34. 9%（ 29 /83） of breast cancers tissues. The expression of S100 P was high expressed in high FIGO stage group,ER and PR low expression group,but not related to age,menopause,menarche,number of births and tumor size. The expression of RAGE was about 44. 6%（ 37 /83） and positively correlated with S100 P expression. Conclusion S100 P expression was related to FIGO stage,ER,PR and RAGE expression in endometrial carcinoma. The S100 P expression may be a new molecular marker in endometrial carcinoma.
