^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像对NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨全身^(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET/CT显像对NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的显像价值。方法 30例NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者行32次全身^(18)F-FDG PET/CT检查,部分患者加做头颈部局部显像。所有病例均有病理结果。结果 25例鼻型患者,病灶局限在单侧鼻腔者10例,单侧鼻腔伴颈部淋巴结累及9例,双侧鼻咽部3例,3例累及远处器官。5例其他器官为主型患者中,原发灶分别为脾脏、回肠、胃窦、皮肤和肌肉。结论 NK/T细胞淋巴瘤结外型病灶以鼻型为主,部分侵犯淋巴结;也可以其他组织丰富的结外器官为主型,出现多样性,全身^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像可以发现绝大多数鼻腔外病灶,帮助淋巴瘤的定性和分期,指导进一步的治疗。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the value of ^（18）F- fluorodeoxyglucose（ FDG） PET / CT in diagnosis of the patients with NK / T- cell lymphoma. Methods In the 30 patients of NK / T lymphoma certificated by pathology,there were 32 times ^（18）F- FDG PET / CT. Some patients had delayed local head and neck image. Results In the 30 patients,there were 25 patients in extranodal NK / T- cell lymphoma,nasal type. There were 10 patients with local lesions in unilateral nasal cavity,9 patients in unilateral nasal cavity with lymph nodes of neck involved,3 patients with bilateral pharyngonasal cavity lesions and 3 patients with other organs involved. In remaining 5 patients with non-nasal type,the lesions located in spleen,ileum,gastric antrum,skin and muscle. Conclusion PET / CT is important for the NK / T- cell lymphoma patients. It is useful in the diagnosis and staging.
